For shipping-rate purposes, Europe includes the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

The applicable shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after an order is received.

As K22 jewellery is handmade, some pieces are made to order. Made-to-order items normally require approximately two weeks before dispatch, although the time may vary depending on the piece.

If an order contains a custom or personalised item, the expected preparation time may differ. Where appropriate, this will be agreed with the customer.

K22 Jewellery Design uses postal and courier services appropriate to the selected shipping option and destination.

Normal Post is the standard shipping option.

Fast Post provides an expedited shipping option at the rates shown above.

Delivery times after dispatch can vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and other circumstances outside K22 Jewellery Design’s control. For this reason, dispatch estimates should not be understood as guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in K22 Jewellery Design’s shipping charges and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs requirements and charges vary by country. Customers should check the requirements applicable in their destination country before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact K22 Jewellery Design as soon as possible and provide details of the problem. Where a return or replacement is required because an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, K22 Jewellery Design will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs. Customers should contact K22 before returning the item so that suitable return instructions can be provided.

If an order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact K22 Jewellery Design. K22 will investigate the shipment with the relevant postal or courier service and determine the appropriate resolution according to the circumstances.
