These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the K22 Jewellery Design website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

K22 Jewellery Design creates and sells handmade jewellery from Rethymno, Crete.

K22 jewellery is handmade. Some pieces are individually made or finished by hand, and reasonable variations may therefore occur between individual pieces. Colours, textures, dimensions, finishes and other details may vary slightly from photographs or examples shown on the website. We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Products are subject to availability. If K22 Jewellery Design is unable to fulfil an order after it has been placed, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before payment. Customers ordering outside the European Union may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when placing an order is complete and accurate. After an order has been placed, K22 Jewellery Design will provide an order confirmation. The order is considered accepted when the order confirmation is issued. If an error or exceptional problem prevents K22 from fulfilling an accepted order, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Online payments are processed using myPOS. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Custom, personalised and made-to-specification work must be paid for before work begins. K22 Jewellery Design does not require customers to provide payment-card information directly to K22 outside the authorised checkout/payment process.

Some K22 jewellery can be custom-made, personalised, engraved, resized or otherwise produced according to a customer's specifications. Details of custom work should be agreed before production begins. Once work on a custom or personalised order has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled. The statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect a customer's rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

K22 Jewellery Design ships from Rethymno, Crete, Greece. Available shipping options, charges, dispatch information and customs information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Make Shipping Policy an internal link. In-stock items are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces normally require approximately two weeks before dispatch, although preparation time may vary according to the piece. Delivery times after dispatch can vary and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the provisions concerning custom and personalised work above. For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Certain purchases are excluded from this right, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Eligible returns must comply with the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For an ordinary change-of-mind return under the statutory withdrawal right, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where they have been informed of this requirement in advance. Refunds are made using the original payment method, subject to applicable consumer law. The detailed return procedure, exclusions and refund conditions are set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

If jewellery is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact K22 Jewellery Design. Where appropriate, K22 will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Consumers purchasing goods from an EU trader have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to what was agreed. K22 will cover appropriate return or replacement shipping costs where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

K22 Jewellery Design offers a repair and after-sales service. Customers requiring assistance with a piece of jewellery should contact K22 so that the item and circumstances can be assessed. Any voluntary repair or warranty service offered by K22 is in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, the customer's statutory rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including K22 Jewellery Design's original jewellery designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding and other original material—is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Website content may not be reproduced, commercially exploited or used in a way that infringes K22 Jewellery Design's intellectual-property rights without appropriate permission.

K22 Jewellery Design takes reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices and other website information accurate and current. Occasional errors may nevertheless occur. If an error materially affects an order, K22 will contact the customer and provide an appropriate opportunity to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, nor does anything in these Terms restrict mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, K22 Jewellery Design is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Personal information collected through the website and during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

K22 Jewellery Design may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example to reflect changes to the website, business practices or applicable law. The Terms applicable to an order are those provided to the customer in connection with that order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under EU law or other applicable national consumer law.
