Depending on how you use the website, we may collect information including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, account details, order information, products purchased, communications with us, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the website. When you place an order, WooCommerce may also record information associated with the transaction, including order totals, shipping information, payment method, transaction references, order status and information about how you arrived at the website.

You may purchase from K22 Jewellery Design without creating an account. You may also choose to create an account during checkout or through the My Account section. K22 Jewellery Design's WordPress/WooCommerce website records information associated with the transaction, such as the payment method, transaction reference and payment/order status. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes within our WordPress website. myPOS processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

If you contact K22 Jewellery Design through our contact form, we may collect your name, email address, subject and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. Our current website configuration sends contact-form submissions by email and does not intentionally retain a separate copy of the submitted message in the WordPress database. Email providers and hosting infrastructure may retain copies according to their respective systems and retention practices.

The website may provide an option to express interest in K22 Jewellery Design news, new collections, offers or discounts. We will not use an email address for direct electronic marketing without an appropriate legal basis or consent where consent is required.
